Refund Policy

Our software and service are continuously tested on all major operating systems. However, in case there are significant problems with your VPN package and you are still not able to connect even with the help of our highly professional customer support, we will refund 100% of your money within 15 days of your purchase. Requests made later than the 15 day purchase date will be denied. This rule is legitimated by SWREG's fair usage policy in order to prevent any abuses.
